Tanda Tula Safari Camp
Game-drive safaris at Tanda Tula are conducted in specially adapted open Landrovers, with professional guides and trackers to locate animals and provide interesting background information and facts about Africa's spectacular wildlife. The camp also offers night drives with powerful spotlights to view nocturnal species. Walking safaris with your guide and tracker provide even deeper and more 'hands-on' insight into the many intricate ecosystems of the African bush.

Tanda Tula Safari Camp is located in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, within the world-renowned Kruger Park. It is one of very few luxury tented camps in Kruger, and enjoys a prime location in this vast ecosystem. The Greater Kruger Park is a 5.5 million acre sanctuary for wildlife that is widely regarded as one of the best Parks in Africa, and is famous for its concentrated species diversity. The Timbavati region is particularly renowned for regular sightings of the 'Big Five' (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo), as well as a myriad of other species.
Accommodation is in 12 luxury tents, each overlooking the Nhlaralumi Riverbed. The spacious tents exude an atmosphere of simple luxury, drawing inspiration from the "golden era" of safari exploration. Each tent features full size beds and en-suite bathrooms with Victorian bathtub, outdoor shower, flush loo and handbasin, and a shaded deck looking across the riverbed and African bush. The rooms include electric lights and power points for charging batteries.
