Singita Mara River Fully Renovated

Singita Mara River Tented Camp reopened in June after a full refurbishment, executed entirely by local construction workers and artisans.

The newly renovated camp boasts a contextual African look inspired by the local Maasai people and the raw beauty of the landscape. Striking designs inspired by vibrant Maasai geometrics find balance alongside the earthy groundedness of solid artisanal furniture. The camp's six nomadic-style tented suites redefine "nomadic contemporary luxury," with a fresh take on functionality.

Pioneering new African flavors, Mara's food journey embraces dishes that contain locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that are true to East African culinary traditions. The focus is on light, refreshing meals to be enjoyed in a natural setting – fireside snacks, tapas and mezze boards around the pool.

Located in a prime riverine position in the far Northern reaches of the Serengeti, Singita Mara River Tented Camp has front row seats to the incredible wildebeest crossings during the Great Migration.
