The Residence

The Residence is located on the southwest of Zanzibar Island, approximately one hour from Stone Town, near the authentic fishing village of Kizimkazi. The resort offers a “tropical paradise” of white sandy beaches, coral reefs and the alluring warm waters of the Indian Ocean, along with a cultural experience that highlights the island’s unique melting pot of African, Indian and Arabian influences.

Complimentary watersports, land sports and activities include a tennis court, bicycles, a fitness center, kayaks, pedal boats, HobieCats and snorkeling.
