A Collaboration: Fireblade Aviation, Tswalu and the Everard Read Gallery

Fireblade Aviation is proud to be hosting a new solo exhibition by renowned landscape painter, Walter Voigt, curated by the Everard Read Gallery in Johannesburg. Voigt's latest exhibition, "Tswalu, A Wilderness Revisited", also available to view here, documents the artist's return to Tswalu Kalahari Reserve as a guest of the foundation's Artists in Residence program. In a synergy between art and science, 20 percent from the sale of each painting will be donated to the Tswalu Foundation to support further scientific research.

Voigt's paintings portray the myriad dramatic moods of the Green Kalahari and celebrate the artist's re-acquaintance with this semi-arid savannah and its extraordinary capacity for abundance and rejuvenation following the gift of rain.

This exclusive exhibition can be viewed at the Fireblade Aviation hanger en route to Tswalu until 31 January 2024.
