Revised check-in times

The recommended check-in times for all domestic scheduled flights is now 2 hours prior to departure; for all regional and international scheduled flights it is 3 hours. This is to ensure you can comfortably complete immigration formalities, collect your luggage and check in on time for your onward flight.

Passport names

Please note that passengers are required to present their passport together with their ticket when passing through security to board their flight. It is extremely important, therefore, that the first and last name on your ticket is exactly the same as the first and last name that appears in your passport- if they differ, security will not allow you through.
