The Gin & Toto

Ingredients:

• 6 cucumbers
• 8 strips (2.5-inch long) of lime rind
• 1.5 cups gin
• 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
• 1 lime, thinly sliced
• 5 cups of tonic water, chilled

Method:

Day Before Preparation

• Cut 4 cucumbers into slices
• Cut the 8 strips of lime rind
• Muddle cucumber slices and lime rind into a jug
• Add the gin
• Cover the jug and refrigerate for 12 - 24 hours

Create your own G&T

• Strain infused gin mix into pitcher
• Add lime juice
• Add lime slices 
• Add tonic water

Prepare an ice-filled glass with a slice of lime
