Regional Recipe of the Quarter: Rock Shandy

A holdover from colonial times, this refreshing drink is the sparkling cooler of choice at many African safari Camps.
Serves one
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 tablespoons Rose's lime juice
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 ounce gin (optional)
- Cold sparkling water
Method
Half fill a tall glass with ice. Add the Rose's lime juice and Angostura bitters, and gin (if using). Fill the glass with sparkling water, stir and serve. Cheers!
