Qatar Airways Resumes Kigali Route

Qatar Airways will restart its Doha-Kigali flights in mid-May, reintroducing vital connectivity to Rwanda's capital. The airline will operate four weekly flights using the 168-seat Airbus A320-200.

Yellow Fever

While Classic Africa clients are always perfectly prepared, we remind you that a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate, along with pre-arranged visas, are required when crossing the border between the Maasai Mara in Kenya and the Serengeti in Tanzania.

Namibia Visa Effective 1 April

Namibia has launched a new visa for all visitors to the country as of 1 April.  The cost is N$1600 per adult, N$800 per child aged 6-11, and free of charge for children under 6 years old. Visa applications should be completed here prior to travel. Once secured, please remember to print your approval letter and take it with you.
