New and Exciting
North Island Okavango, Okavango Delta, Botswana
North Island Okavango, set to open in June 2023, is located in one of the most beautiful and game-rich areas of Botswana's Okavango Delta, just to the north-west of Duba Plains and Vumbura Camp. With just three premier tents, one very private island and a plethora of year round safari activities to choose from, such as game drives, mokoro adventures, boating, hot-air ballooning and scenic helicopter flights, North Island provides an exclusive and unique Delta experience.
The camp has been created with comfort, style and luxury at the forefront, using cutting-edge design, mixed with local craft, textiles, textures and bold striking color, to create a relaxed yet sophisticated ambience. The celebration of the modern African aesthetic extends through to the generously sized rooms, with private plunge pools, sunken sundecks, indoor and outdoor showers, over-bed air-conditioning, and a fireplace.
Surrounded by a mosaic of islands netted together by lagoons and transient waterways, this eco-system of floodplains, open savannah and woodlands is home to abundant wildlife and over 350 species of birds.
Lolebezi, Lower Zambezi, Zambia
The lodge is constructed in an inspired contemporary style that assures every luxury, while maintaining an ethos of elegant simplicity. Its eight suites (including two designed especially for families) boast floor to ceiling glass doors for unobstructed views, which open onto an outdoor deck, complete with a private plunge pool and lounge chairs. The thoughtful design continues throughout the property with an outdoor yoga space, a spa, a game room, and a gym, all with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that invite nature indoors and a color scheme that reflects the watery wilderness surrounding the lodge. Lolebezi also offers an al fresco dining pavilion and sitting area, an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Zambezi and a convivial fire pit for aperitifs and storytelling.
The Lower Zambezi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts some of the best wildlife sightings in the world! Famous for its leopard population and elephant herds, this amazing destination is best experienced on foot with one of the camp's experienced guides. Game drives, river cruises, and fishing are also popular activities.
