In Tanzania, Dunia Camp is "on the move" and will open at a new site with faster access to the game-rich Moru Kopijes area, so that guests can be first in and last out. In the heart of the core rhino area, the new location offers the best chance of seeing the Big Five in the Serengeti.

A helicopter has been stationed at Jack's Camp and now guests at Jack's and the nearby San Camp can view the magic of Botswana's Magkadikadi Pans from the air, or even fly to Kubu Island to enjoy sundowner cocktails. Excursions can be booked once in camp and guests staying 3 nights or longer at Jack's in 2018 will receive a complimentary 20 minute flip.

Singita Sweni Lodge in Kruger Park, South Africa, will re-open in June after being refreshed and reinvented. The lodge has received extensions to the main area and a complete renovation of all guest suites, along with a new Pool Suite with a private dining deck. Taking cues from its national surroundings, Sweni has emerged with a bolder, more contemporary African design and ambience.

After an extensive refurbishment, Little Vumbura Camp in Botswana's Okavango Delta has re-opened to great acclaim. Improvements include larger rooms with an internal seating area and external patio, showers with glass windows looking out onto the floodplains, an enlarged and revamped bar and main area, and new decking throughout the camp.

On April 25th , guests on the Mombo Concession will have the opportunity to experience the legendary "Place of Plenty" at ground level. Mombo Trails Camp will host guests while the new Mombo is being rebuilt in the same stunning location that has wowed guests and staff alike for almost 20 years. Once the new Mombo is complete, Trails will be removed and the area will be restored to its wild uninhabited status.
