Victoria Falls Immigration has recently started accepting Visa, MasterCard , American Express, and Diners Club credit cards for visa payments in US Dollars. However, we would still suggest that guests be prepared with the appropriate cash amounts for Visa Fees and Departure Taxes that we have specified in your itineraries and gratuity and cash guidelines.
The Federal Aviation Authority has released an advisory against turning on or charging the Samsung Galaxy Note7 while on board any aircraft. The FAA has also advised against stowing the device in checked luggage. This follows reports of 35 devices exploding while charging. Samsung has since recalled the product and customers have been advised to take part in the replacement program offered by the manufacturer.
Passengers at boarding gates in South Africa's major airports will now have access to four hours (or one gigabyte) of free data. When the complimentary four hours have lapsed or the one gig of data is reached, users can opt for a pay-as-you-go service.
How to access the Airport's WiFi service:
- Search for Airports@vast on a smart device (laptop, tablet or smartphone).
- Select the service from the device's WiFi search list.
- Open the device's browser. Users will be redirected to the service's login page.
- Select complimentary service.
- Users will need to register with a valid email address
