Camp Jabulani, known for its unique elephant experience, is also known for its delicious French Toast!

Ingredients (per serving)

• 2 slices of homemade bread
• 1 Egg
• Butter
• Cranberry jelly (or currant jelly)
• 2 Strips bacon
• Camembert cheese sliced thinly
• Maple syrup

Method

1. Cook bacon until nearly crisp
2. Coat bread with egg and fry in butter (or bacon fat) until golden
3. Spread toast with cranberry jelly (or currant jelly)
4. Top with strips of bacon and a thin slice of camembert cheese
5. Place in 300 degree oven until the cheese has melted
6. Drizzle with maple syrup and Enjoy!
