Regional Recipe: Easy South African Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 ounce can of beer
Method
Sift the flour with the salt. Stir in the beer. Turn into a small loaf pan coated with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
