Every year, from July through October, more than two million herbivores brave a dizzying concentration of predators to congregate in the northern reaches of the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, where they feast on the vast, lush grasslands before heading south to give birth. Pierre's mission is to single out the most intimate camps (away from the crowds!) with the best guides and most prime wildlife locations.
