Luggage storage at Johannesburg International Airport must now be prepaid in South African Rand and will follow a 24 hour cycle calculated from the time that the bags are collected at the facility. For example, If a guest checks a bag in at 8:00 in the morning and then travels for 7 days the guests will be expected to collect the bag on or before 8:00am on the seventh day, or an additional charge will be incurred. If it is more convenient, we can arrange for storage of shrink-wrapped or locked bags through our local partners in Johannesburg, which allows us to include the service in the price of your itinerary thereby eliminating the need to procure South African Rand upon arrival in South Africa.
