When Great Plains Conservation assumed management of the vast 320,000 acre Selinda Reserve six years ago they eradicated hunting, presuming that the animals would acclimate by becoming relaxed and habituated to human presence. This bull elephant seems to have taken this premonition a bit too far! He arrived at Zarafa Camp and spent the night - his snores resounding through the forest as loud testament to the camp's hospitality!
