Farewell Roggeland

Roggeland Country House, a national monument and one of our Portfolio Properties in the Cape Winelands, is closing its doors on April 30th. The property managers, Gordon Minkley and family, were unable to renew their long term lease with the South African Heritage and Resources Agency. We have enjoyed working with the Minkleys over the years - they have always taken great care of Classic Africa clients, providing them with an exceptional "home away from home" Winelands experience. We hope that the Minkleys will find a new venture within South Africa's hospitality industry to which they can apply their considerable talents and energy.
