Method:Toast the cumin and coriander seeds in a frying pan until they pop, remove from the heat and crush with a mortar & pestle. Mix everything else together and marinate beef cubes for two hours. Soak wooden skewer sticks in water then skewer meat onto the sticks ready for the barbecue or broiler. Enjoy and think of Summer! |
