Dust off those running shoes! Two marathons are on the horizon that promise to provide adventurous runners with a unique destination running experience.
 
The Kilimanjaro Premium Lager Marathon, taking place on March 8th, is run on the foothills of the highest mountain in Africa - taking participants through breathtaking scenery. Combine this race with a Kilimanjaro climb, a Serengeti Safari, or a few lazy days on the white beaches of Zanzibar - the perfect place to rest those weary legs.

The Victoria Falls Marathon on July 1st takes runners over the iconic Victoria Falls bridge, and through the Zambezi National Park, with elephant and other wild game adding to the thrill of the chase. Set in the "adventure capital" of Africa, rafting, river cruises, bungee jumps and game viewing in Hwange National Park or Botswana / Zambia are all great additions to a wild weekend of running.
