Sighting of the Quarter - The Giant Pangolin, rarest of the scaly beasts

Tanzania has been a-buzz with the news of an extraordinary sighting - a giant pangolin at Greystoke Mahale. Giant pangolins are extremely rare and Mahale is the only place that they can be seen in Tanzania. Growing up to 6 feet long they are the largest of the pangolins, and because they are so rare (and nocturnal) very little is known about their population or behavior.
