Chapman's Baobab Falls
3/24/2016
On the 7th of January the iconic Chapman's Baobab, a national monument of Botswana and one of the three largest trees in Africa, fell. The cause is not yet clear and is being investigated by a team of botanists and archaeologists sent by the National Parks and Museums authority to conduct extensive studies. Uncharted Africa guides from Jack's and San Camps will continue to take guests to the site to view the remains of the tree and learn about its impressive history and meaning.
