Charmaine Smith, Executive Housekeeper at Bushman's Kloof in the northwestern Cape, recently took on the role of maintaining the lodge's impressive organic gardens. She works closely with Executive Chef Floris Smith, who uses fruit, vegetables, herbs and nuts harvested from the gardens in his dishes every day at the lodge.
