MalaMala promises exceptional game viewing on its 33,000 acre private reserve. Renowned for the quality of its leopard sightings, 99% of guests spending 2 nights at MalaMala will experience more than one leopard sighting a day - many of which involve other predators and most certainly prey. Mala Mala's exclusive game-viewing experience is available only to guests staying on the reserve.

Mashatu Game Reserve is receiving effusive feedback following the introduction of photographic hides last year. One of the most popular is the elephant hide, featuring a reinforced steel container sunk into the ground so that occupants are at eye level with 'terra firma'. This hide is frequented by herds of elephant almost every day, some of which comprise in excess of 60 animals!

 Family-owned and managed, with a Relais & Chateaux accreditation, Camp Jabulani impresses with its accommodation, cuisine, facilities and personalized service. It is most notable, however, for the resident herd of trained elephants (rescued by the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre). Visitors can enjoy the extraordinary experience of interacting personally with the giant pachyderms on daily elephant rides (including night safaris), and by observing them at rest and play around the waterhole and surrounding their stables.

Botswana's Chobe/Linyanti ecosystem continues to deliver with its high concentration of highly endangered African wild dogs. A pack of 18 dogs recently denned on the Kwando concession, while another pack of 15 is in residence on the neighboring Linyanti concession (home to King's Pool, Duma Tau, and Savuti Camps). A third pack of 13 dogs has been hunting around Zibadianja Lagoon, near Zarafa Camp. Wild dogs are notorious for their extensive movement patterns and vast home ranges but, over the past several years, the remote and pristine habitat bordering the Linyanti Marsh has consistently attracted wild dogs in numbers that are unmatched in southern Africa.
