Sighting of the Quarter: Pangolin at Kalahari Plains Camp, Botswana

Kalahari Plains Camp recently reported the unusual sighting of a pangolin in camp. While relaxing at the bar with cocktails after a game drive, guides and guests were called by a staff member to witness a pangolin in the staff quarters. All rushed there to find Willy, one of the guides, pointing excitedly at the animal sleeping in a small bush a few feet from his tent. It is incredibly rare to view pangolin at such close proximity.
