Day 1 Arrive Johannesburg International Airport under your own arrangements. You will be met by a representative of the Airport Sun Inter-Continental and assisted to the nearby Hotel. The Airport Sun Inter-Continental is conveniently situated just across the street from, and within easy walking distance of, Johannesburg International Airport's terminal building. Each room has an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, radio, coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a mini-bar and access to 24-hour room service. The hotel has a first class restaurant with an informal atmosphere, offering modern cuisine, from breakfast through to late night a la carte dining. The cocktail bar is an ideal meeting place for the international traveller. In room dining with an optional "flight friendly" menu is available. The hotel has its own health and fitness centre as well as indoor pool. Day 1-2 Spend one night at the Airport Sun Inter-Continental in a Standard Room, with breakfast included. Day 2 Today you will make your way back to Johannesburg International Airport for your scheduled flight to Windhoek. You will be met and transferred by light charter aircraft to Sossusvlei Wilderness Camp. Days 2-4 Spend two nights at Sossusvlei Wilderness Camp in a Chalet, on a full board and activities basis (including accommodation, all meals, high tea and hors d'oeuvres, all activities (except ballooning), all non-premium brand alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, laundry (water levels permitting), and the services of a professional guide). Day 4 Today you will be collected from Sossusvlei Wilderness Camp and transferred by scenic charter flight to Desert Rhino Camp in Damaraland. A late morning flight takes you over the dunes of the Namib and over Sossusvlei itself for an alternative view from the air, and then due westwards to Meob Bay on the Skeleton Coast. This flight provides spectacular desert and Skeleton Coast scenery, where the dunes and the desert meet the Atlantic Ocean. The flight up the coast takes guests over the site of the Eduard Bolen shipwreck, past Conception Bay and the wreck of the Shaunee, over Sandwich Harbour and its famous lagoon, before landing at Walvis Bay Airport at approximately 9:30 am. The group will then transfer to the harbor for a Dolphin Cruise (weather permitting) with the opportunity to view a large seal colony and schools of Dolphins swimming alongside the boats. The Bay is also home to turtles, sunfish, penguins, as well as a variety of birdlife . Following a delicious seafood lunch, the group will return to Walvis Bay Harbor before transferring by road to Swakopmund to enjoy a tour of this charming town. In the afternoon the safari departs Swakopmund for a scenic flight further up the Skeleton Coast, past the Cape Cross Seal Colony, before turning east to fly up the Huab River to Desert Rhino Camp. Days 4-7 Spend three nights at Desert Rhino Camp in a Tented Room, on a fully inclusive basis (including accommodation, all meals, high tea and hors d'oeuvres, all activities, all non-premium brand alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, laundry (water levels permitting), and the services of a professional guide). Day 7 Today you will be collected from Desert Rhino Camp and transferred by light charter aircraft to Skeleton Coast Camp in remote northern Namibia. Days 7-10 Spend three nights at Skeleton Coast Camp in a Tented Room, on a fully inclusive basis (including accommodation, all meals, all activities, refreshments while on activity, all non-premium brand beverages, and the services of a professional guide. Please note that there is no laundry service at Skeleton Coast Camp, but camera batteries can be charged). Day 10 Today you will be collected from Skeleton Coast Camp and transferred by light charter aircraft to Ongava Private Game Reserve adjoining Etosha National Park. Days 10-12 Spend two nights at Ongava Lodge in a Chalet, on a full board and activities basis (including accommodation, all meals, high tea and hors d'oeuvres, all activities, refreshments while on activity, all non-premium brand beverages, laundry, and the services of a professional guide).. Day 12 Today you will be collected from Ongava Lodge and transferred by light charter aircraft to Windhoek International Airport. Check in for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg International Airport. From this point you will depart under your own arrangements.
